Prices for dietetic consultations

For adults : your dietary treatment is covered at 88% of the official rates, i.e.:

• First consultation (ZD11): €103.55 including €12.43 at your expense

• Second consultation (ZD12): €129.44 including €15.53 at your expense

• All follow-up consultations (ZD13 and ZD21): €64.72, of which €7.77 is your responsibility.

For young people who have not reached the age of 18 on the date the order is issued, the coverage rate is 100% of the official rates.

In order for your dietary treatment to be covered, your doctor must issue a medical prescription before the treatment begins. In addition, you must suffer from at least one of the pathologies for which coverage is possible.

The CNS only covers one initial dietary treatment per pathology every three years. Each initial treatment can be extended only once with a medical prescription, except for the treatment of obesity or eating disorders where two extensions are possible.

If you present me with a medical prescription, I can send the prescription validation request to the CNS. Once validated, the services are directly covered by the CNS thanks to the third-party payment system.

You therefore only pay the portion at your expense (i.e. the percentage not reimbursed).

Note: the medical prescription must be validated by the CNS within 90 days of its issue.
